Bradford failed to sparkle to their full potential in this match,(possibly Murrayfield had a lot to do with it) although a lot of credit has to go to London.

London started off very brightly, in the first few minutes they were held up over the Bradford try line, and then forced a drop out, however a few minutes later James Lowes scored one of his trademark tries, diving over from acting half back, from 1 metre out.

Two minutes later Naylor had a powerful run down the wing to go over for a try and then on 20 mins Spruce scored, to make it 18-0 and another route looked on the cards. But London did not capitulate and they worked hard, helped somewhat by the inability of the Bulls to complete many sets of 6 carries, without making handling errors.

Impressive for the Broncos were winger,Dominic Peters, who had some very strong runs, and Tolson Tullett was running the London show quite capably at half back. Wynyard crossed for for the Broncos, 18-6, but just before half time Naylor got his second try, to make it 24-6 at the break.

London came out in the second half and dominated possession and territory for most of the half, but the Bulls gave a good defensive stint, and London were only able to score 1 try , from Davidson on 48 minutes to cut the deficit to 12. From all the possession they had, they really should have scored more. When given a penalty about 20 meters out, Deacon kicked the 2 points on offer, rather than run it, which indicates what a danger the Broncos were. The last minute Freight Train (aka Paul Anderson) crashed over for a try under the posts to give the Bulls the somewhat flattering score line of 32-12.
